Celebrities flocking to Belfast shops

More and more celebrities are flying into Belfast to check out the vast array of shops that can be found in the city.

Star Trek actor Colm Meaney was the latest star to visit the Irish capital and he was spotted in Victoria Square yesterday.

The Dublin resident has appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, as well as hit films such as Layer Cake, earning a Golden Globe nomination in an illustrious career.

While currently filming a new feature in Belfast, he visited the shopping centre to check out the likes of Hugo Boss and Hardy Amies.

Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud, as well as fellow pop stars Ronan Keating and Shane Lynch of Boyzone, have also been seen in the multi-million pound retail development recently.
